Aurum advised Xmaquina on cross-border structuring and governance design for an investment-focused DAO operating in the “machine economy” (robotics) ecosystem.

The mandate focused on building a structure that can support a globally distributed community while remaining execution-ready in practice. Aurum designed a governance and operating framework intended to translate on-chain decision-making into implementable real-world actions, with clear accountability, defined roles, and practical safeguards to protect the organization’s treasury and support operational continuity.
