Aurum advised an asset manager / risk curator on the legal and regulatory structuring of a liquid, tokenized asset-management strategy designed for scalable market distribution, supporting the client’s expansion from a traditional strategy offering into blockchain-based distribution and curator-style activities.
The work focused on engineering a product architecture that delivers structured exposure through a stable-value instrument, with a controlled primary issuance model and a framework intended to support broader downstream distribution. Aurum advised on instrument design, lifecycle mechanics, risk allocation, and the documentation and operating controls required for an institutional-grade, diligence-ready operating model.
“We see a clear shift as established managers adopt tokenization to deliver strategies with stronger transparency, programmability and distribution optionality,” said Pavel Batishchev, Managing Partner at Aurum. “This mandate was about translating that ambition into a durable legal architecture that remains institution-ready as the product scales.”
