Aurum designed and implemented a reusable, bankruptcy-remote issuance platform with index-level asset ring-fencing and institutional readiness, and delivered the documentation and execution workstreams supporting the launch. The architecture is designed to be efficient and reusable, enabling future product iterations without re-engineering the core legal framework.
